Mental harassment by parents, can child live separately?

I want to leave home i earn 13000 per month my parents mentally torture and dont even let me live my own life peacefully what are the laws regarding this Please reply Please advice me I dont want any money from my parents just want legal separation from them so that they cant harass me anymore What i have to do

If you are 18 and above you no longer need to stay with your parents , however, you may file a complaint with local police intimating them that you are being tortured and also provide evidence towards the same
