Mental harassment by husband what should wife and children do

it has been 34 years for marriage, wife is suffering from mental and physical torture but never filed complaint against him just for the sake of children. the husband threatens to throw wife and children out of house and disrespects wife. this has depressed wife and children. we have no clue now what to do?

We have to file the case against in laws on behalf of wife and childrens for stop the harassment torture of mentally and physically As well as we have to take the protection order from the court that the husband and his family members do not abuse beat and torture us

What is your income source..? what about your children's education ? are they working..? what your husband doing..? what are the income sources of your family..? what is your monthly family expenditure..? can you or your children manage expenses ..? If answers to the above questions are positively favours you -- your children can ask for partition of property..? you can live with your son separately..?

To begin with she should file a complain at the nearest police station . She can then proceed to file for protection, residence, maintenance and custody at the nearest Magistrate Court. Litigation will take irs time, she needs to first have confidence and break this circle of domestic violence she has been suffering for 34 years.
