age meine mediation ki 2 date attend ki hein par kisi karan me 3rd date par nh ja skta to ky decision mere against ho jaega ya mediation center pr nxt date milegi ya mediation fail ho jaega

agar aapke vipachi aaye to fail bhi karwa sakte h ni to antim awsar dekar agli date laga di jayegi. jab aap agli date par ni jaoge tab mediation fail kar riport nyayalay bhej di jayegi adhik jankari ke liye sampark kare

ydi aap kisi karanwas kisi date par mediation ki date pr mediator ke samaksh nhi ja sakte h to isme koi ghabrane wali bat nhi h aap apne advocate se keh sakte ho ki wo usme keh de ke aap kisi karanvas nhi aa sakte h.ya kisi or madhyam se suchna pohchwa de ke aap nhi aa payenge. ydi suchna bhi nhi pohcha sakte h to bhi ek date par na ane se koi final order nhi krte h next date ke liye file putup ho jyegi. phir bhi aap koshish kre ke na ja pane ki suchna mediation ki date par pohchwane ka paryas karein. for more details you can contact me. thnks

ap ye bataye ap kya chahte hai agar ap mediation attend karne chahte hai to date mil jayegi agar ap nahi chahte h mediation m solve karna ya mediation ka koi result nahi mil raha hai to ap court m move kare

mediation fail ho jayega. mediation cannot proceed in your absence. the matter will be referred back to the court for decision by the court on the merits of the matter. pls approach for further help. advocate vibhanshu Srivastava
