Me the 53 year old daughter is not allowed to meet86 years aged mother

I want to physically meet my mother frequently and give her pension money every month but prohibited by my brother. Mother also wants to see me interact with me but threatened by her son.also I want to keep her with me at my home and my elder should not refuse to do last rites if she passes away. Should I go to all woman police station?
you can issue legal notice to your brother by narrating your genuine wish and rights. your brother has no right to stop you. if he manhandles you while visiting your mother then you can lodge police complaint. otherwise get permission throgh court to meet your mother
