sir me and my cousin's mama 's daughter are in relationship ... sir i want to know that is it legally ok.... plz tell me

Your query is not complete about your.the hindu marriage act 1955 is marriage between two hindu.they are not in prohibited degree.they are not in relation with each other but there is a custom or uses pramite to marriage than is vailed marriage.otherwise this marriage is voied and in vailed.

depends what religion you follow if you are an islam follower then it would be legally protected for you, but if you are a hindu it is an embargo for you, marriage registration is impossible, you can live in live-in

According to the law : if both of you are major then there is no issue with relationship. In case anybody is holding the minor age in eye of law then it create problems. * Answer for : in case you are looking for marriage.
