Me and husband staying separately due to family disputes

Family disputes between in laws parents and in-laws brother and my husband droped me in my parents home and I have a 2 kids
I want to live with my husband and continue with marriage relationship
hi if you want to continue the marriage relationship then you could file petition in court for restitution of conjugal rights by sendingegal notice to him to join the society of him for rights and for other reliefs
