15-Sep-2024 (In Family Law)
Hello , I am Hindu Telugu and am in a relationship for past 13 yrs , right from my 10th grade with My Second Cousin (My Mom's Aunt's Son ) . I am 27 years old and He is 30 years old . We have revealed our love to our parents this year in March 2024 but facing disapproval from both sides . They say we share a brother-sister relationship , which is not true , also disapproval because of family issue between both parents . They try to brain wash me and defame my boy's character .

Since both of them are major, marriage is valid and legal. Complaint can be filed. Decision has to be taken by the parties. If they are strong, definetly marriage can be done. Marriage is absolutely valid and legal.
