First you should get married and get marriage certificate from marriage registrar as soon as it is possible. Girl family usually in these type of matter file abduction case against the boy, but nothing to worry, once called by the concerned IO show the marriage certificate and get the statement of your wife recorded wherein she states that she has voluntarily married you.

In your case first of all execute a notarized affidavit from the girl that she is getting married according to her own wish without any force or undue influence from anyone. This will prove to be beneficial if her parents try to indulge you in some fake litigations.

Please get your marriage registered . You both are adult and can take your decisions. The Court and law allows you to marry person of your choice . The girl needs to be strong to take the decision against the wishes of her family

in case of any such apprehension it is requested that you get the court marriage done so that there is no problem anywhere. once the marriage is consumated then the opposite party cannot do anything and if they do so then you can file a police complaint accordingly and take injunction from the court so that they cannot disturb you
