My son wants to marry a Chinese National in Mumbai. Both stay and work in New York. Pls advise the process to apply for marriage registration in Mumbai. Can she get married on tourist visa ?
Yes, She can get married on Tourist Visa. Their Marriage will be regulated by the Foreigners Act. Couple has to take the Date in advance for doing Marriage in Mumbai from the Marriage Registrar. I can book their Slot in advance.
