15-Sep-2023 (In Family Law)
We have been married for 10 years and have a 9 year son. lately I and my spouse had conflicts which lead to fight and then domestic violence. My wife left home on June'20 and living with her parent. Now before she return she wants a legal assurance that I will not physically or mentally torture her, what legal document I can give to her.

The best option available to you is to enter into a memorandum of understanding duly signed by both the parties wherein you will agree on mutual agreed terms that no physical assault or harassment will be done from your end

you can make an agreement of mutual settlement in which you can mention as to how you will deal with her and the conditions which your wife wants that you will follow.. you can give that agreement to your wife
