maintenance case under domestic violence

my husband say he will not live with me and never he will give me maintenance amount and he will run out from city when police will come his arresting to him. so what court will do against him?

court have lot of powers..firstly court order to arrest him to police and court should be order for your mentinence to ur husband...you file a application of section 125 cr.p.c. in court for mentinence and file a case of domestic violence against ur husband ...

don't worry police will arrest him agar wo court ke dwara tay kiye hue rupay nhi deta hai to court ke aadesh ke dwara use civil jail ho sakti hai aap police main maarpit,dahej,aur cruelty ka case kr do aur court main 125 crpc main maintenance ka case fill kro
