maintenance case is filed but he fled away to some arab country

hello sir/mam, I got married on 22 Aug 2022, and I was with him for 1&half month, and on Oct 2022 he went to Saudi. I faced a dowry issue and violence in my married life and even before mrge also we were forced to give money if not they threatened my marraige wouldnt happen. From 2023 Jan he never maintained me and i met with a major accident and was bedridden and he didnt took care. so i filed a maintenace case but after 8 months he fled away and my lawyer is not filing DV. what should i do now
