Defendant number 2 is kept out of the proceeding process. Thereby cross questioning of the defendant not allowed by the presiding officer of the Tribunal. Isn't it a violation of fair Inquiry?
Dear Sir,
The defendant Number cannot be kept outside the proceedings by the tribunal. the aggrieved party may approach the High Court and get an direction to the tribunal to allow him to participate in the pending proceedings. In the meanwhile the defendant Number two may file the application before the tribunal to allow him to participate in the proceedings.
