Can a hindu bengali girl marry her mother's mother's father's brother's son's son? Is it legal in hindu marriage act?

It is bad in law , you can not do so as per the HIndu Marriage Act, However if your family members and the grooms family members having no objection in that case you may get your marriage registered under Special Marriage Act. But prior thereto kindly seek advise from your elders as well the legal consultant of your choice.

Yes, it is not a sapinda relation or prohibited relation. So, answer of your question is yes. A girl of above description can not marry upper three degree from mother's side. Here, mother's mother's father's brother is within that limit I suppose.
