Legal way of union while rcr going on

My husband want me to join him back. But he has done alot of mental torture when I was with him. After separation he stalked me. Knows every detail of me . I want to know how can I reunite in a legal way so that my and 3 year old child security is not compromised. It can be his trick to harass me by taking away the child and to avoid maintenance case under section 25 which has recently been filed for child maintenance.

So I assumed that the cases are already pending in the court of law and you must have hired some competent lawyers to fight those cases. Since they know the case better than me,they could advise you more professionally. I can advise you that you must make a compromise in front of court and ask your husband to give his assent on all those conditions. also a monthly maintaince must be decided. for more information contact me.
