Legal remedy if husband is found to be married after second marriage

I got married 4 years back. Mine is love marriage. Last year I got to know that my husband is already married and having 3 kids. Pls suggest me legal proceedings. I am a Hindu
madam you have two options
1/ already you got cheated,
if you want to stay with him , then don't take any steps and adjust with the environment,
2/ if you desire to teach him,
file proper case send him to jail recover money from him,
teach him a lesson that,, he should not even dream to cheat others,

File a complaint against him under Bigamy and it is an punishable offence under law. Under Hindu Marriage Act a person who is married cannot marry second time without divorcing the first wife and there is no permission and it is invalid and unlawful. Approach any advocate and take action
