Legal heir - Christian Divorced woman

Hi Team,
This is Pradeep. My sister got married 1998. One Boy child. Some misunderstanding she got divorced 2008. After 2 years my sister's asked sorry and promised to remarry my sister. Both start living together 2012 girl baby born. 2017 my sister passed away due to ill.
My question who is legal heir for my sister. (Christian).

After death of wife husband is the only heir if he alive. ... Now upon your wife's intestate death, the property shall devolve equally on all the legal heirs of your deceased wife namely all her children and yourself
