Legal guardianship right for women above 18

How can a woman above 18 withdraw legal guardianship rights from her parents?? Also laws related to restraining order in hindus

this cannot be done however the relevance of such guardianship looses all practical force when the person attains majority and the person is absolutely free to take any decision of her life. about restraining order the same is not clear to me. regards, Tanmoy Chattopadhyay, M.Sc (Net), LL.B (Delhi University), Advocate, Hon'ble High Court, Calcutta.
