Prohibition of child marriage act 2006 के तहत १८ वर्ष से कम उम्र की लड़की और २१ वर्ष वर्ष के कम उम्र के लड़के की शादी अवैध है, लड़की पुलिस स्टेशन में लिखित में शिकायत दर्ज करा सकती है पुलिस अवैध शादी को रोकने के लिए तुरंत कार्यवाही करती है और १०९८ चाइल्ड हेल्पलाइन नंबर पर संपर्क करें यह सुविधा बच्चों के लिए है और २४x७ घंटे उपलध है बाल विवाह को रोकन के लिए यह नंबर बहुत सहायक होगा और हर जिले में बाल सरंक्षण अधिकारी होता है उनको लिखित में शिकायत दर्ज करायें, राष्ट्रीय महिला आयोग या राज्य महिला आयोग में शिकायत दर्ज करायें यह तुरंत कार्यवाही करेगी या लड़की जिला में सत्र न्यायालय में या उच्च न्यायालय में याचिका कर सकती है और सुरक्षा आदेश प्राप्त कर सकती है और कोर्ट उसको पूरी सुरक्षा देगा, अगर लड़की अपने परिवार से डरी हुई है तो वह अनाम शिकायत दर्ज करा सकती है

aap is matter me police ko information de sakte hai ya shikayat kar sakte hai iske alawa NGO ya women helpline me bhi shikayat kar sakte hai .
parantu aapko yah dhyan rakhna hoga ki agar ladki ya uske gharwalo ko koi pareshani nahi hai to aap ki shikayat par karyawahi nahi ho payegi.

you can inform to the police as well as child welfare committe for this incident and you can move application CM portal. and if girl is under age then her marriage is illegal and it is an offense and they will be punished for this

Hindu law aur special marriage act me ladki ki minimum age of marriage 18 aur ladko ke liye 21 hai
koi bhi marriage agar prescribed age se Kam age me kri jati hai toh its void in nature.
