Meri inter religion marriage huyi hey 05may 2022 me..meri saas or sasur mujhe bahot torture kar rhe hey qki mai Muslim hu.. wo log agree the shadi ke liye abi mujhe pareshaan kar rahe hey. Mujhe 5 month ki beti hey Mera husband na toh usse Milne aata hey na uska kharch mujhe deta hey.. wo hamesha apne maa ki side lete hey meri bilkul koi baat sunte nhi..mere husband ke kaam par jaane ke baad wo mujhe bahot taane dete hey...

Pehle stage par apne husband aur saas sasur ke khilaaf ek NC (police complaint) register karwao pareshan karne ke liye. Kharcha na de toh aapko court jaana padega maintenance claim karne ke liye. Court jaane se pehle apne husband se baat Karo aur unhe samjhao..court me jaane ke baad husband aur saas sasur sab ko pareshani hogi

I have gone through your query. You have not mention what relief you are looking for. You can file for Domestic violence or Seek Divorce. You can also seek Financial Maintenance from your Husband through the Court.
