Legal Advice on Recovering Wife’s Jewelry & Assault Case Against Broth

In April 2023, my parents forced me, my wife, and my daughter out of the house. We went to the police, but no action was taken. I also filed a case, but nothing significant happened. My wife’s jewelry (her personal property) was taken by my parents, and the house is in my mother’s name.
During this incident, my younger brother also physically assaulted us, but no action was taken against him either.
I want to recover at least my wife's jewelry and seek justice for the assault.
if you and your wife are thrown out of house you can file a suit for dispossessed the court will act on the basis of evidence your wife's personal property has to has to be salvaged you want to recover it try to refine again

if the jewellery or the property claimed by your wife is owned by you or your wife in bills as well. then you can complaint about it in any Police station and if no action will taken by police then you can also filed a complaint case in the court for the jewellery or property owned by you. contact me for more clarity.
