Mere baba Jo ki  retarded gov. Employee hai vo mere pita ji aur mujhe paitrak sampatti ko bechne ki dhamki dete hai kyoki paitrak sampti me Unka name pada hua h aur vo pataik ghar ko khali karne ke liye damki dete h. jabki unka apna bnaya hua ghar bhi h . Mere baba akele hai aur mere pita ji bhi akele hai usme kya action le sakte hai?

U can file suit for partition in civil court. U have to check if it's really ancestral or not. .
