Legal action against the family for harassment and seperation

I m 34 year girl. I was working in Mumbai but in oct 2018 my family emotionally n strategically convinced me to come and stay back with them in Nagpur. Now since i m back there are times i m treated badly with abuse from brother dad n mom too. Taunt regarding not getting married n being ambitious as i always wanted to work in job. There are times i m not allowed to move out of house n not take independent decision. Brother try to bully me as he gets full support from family. Its really getting depressive and abuse make me loose my mental state. At this point of time i feel like running away from home but this time need a legal help to understand how i can save myself from not coming back to home.
As per your statement you now major. Means you can take your own decisions which your right.
First thing if you have some savings then you can leave separate and also you join to job.
If your family members torture you and if you want to file any criminal case then you can file it.
But the same time your parents not giving any share to you from their self occupied property by making will and by transfer to your brother's name.

Earlier your working in Mumbai and staying alone there it seems you are quite educated and independent . Don't get depressed , first try to talk to your parents camly , or ask to intervene your trustworthy close relative , if you will not get expected result then be firm on your decision first search job you be financially independent which will give you strength to fight against every odd you will definitely find your way
