Legal action against parents of wife for interfering and cheating

My wife has cheated me by saying she is BE Civil but as results declered , I come to kno that she is failed in Second & third year of engineering. Also his mother is interfairing in such a manner that we are going to file divorce. So , Can I file case against Her Mother & Father . I love my wife and never wants to seperate.

If you have proof or witness that you have got cheated then you can file a case against them but as you said that you love your wife then you think if you file a case against your wife parents will she be happy

Hi,
As per your information, you libe your wife. If they duped on saying that your present wife is engineer then you may take action against your father in law and mother in lae including your wife. But, if you love your wife then unnecessarily your wife will also be dragged in this complaint. It would be better to cope with wife if you love her. Oherwise you may proceed further and file complaint against them. Best of luck.

Since you love your wife and you don't want to be separated so you should not file suit against her parents. You should stay calm and forget the things that has happened. Don't let such small issue to spoil your marital relationship with your wife.
