Legal action against my parents for abuse and mental harassment

I am mentally abused by parents for dating Muslim man and proceeding with marriage decision. They forcefully broke my marriage and forced me to abort my child. I want to move and take legal action against them but i am not sure if it will work as police says that its family issue and i don’t see any scope of help. I really have fear of my life and well being with them. I am 25 years self earning woman but they are threatening me to destroy my life if i go against them. I want to move out & liv

there is very critical and time taking legal action which you can take agents your parents according to Muslim shariyat and law there is very tiny way but you can gate what you wants but for that you must fallow both shariyat and law proceeding at a time
