Legal action against husband having extra marital affairs

I married in 2013. My husband has now left me for another woman and asking for a divorce that im not willing to do. What are my options available?
Madam, you can file a case for domestic violence and if he is not paying you maintenance you can file a case for maintenance, further if you don't want to give divorce nobody can force you and if he files a divorce case defend it and see that it is dismissed.

It depends on your preference. You can file a case in the court against him for restitution of conjugal rights case. But in most of such cases, inspite of the order of the court, husband's may not comply. Any other harassment tactics may also dampen the hope if he gets agitated. Trying a reunion through peaceful means viz., love n involvement of well wishers is the safe options.
