i have filed a civil case in family court against my husband..before judge he says i will take u but outside the court he says i will torture u if u come wirh me..what should i do??

U can file a case for residence under d.v act in criminal court. Hon'ble court give an order for residence. U also file a case for monthly maintenance and also u can demand police protection from your husband under this act

I have read ur question..... firstly what type of u have filed the civil case against ur husband and why in the family court bcoz ur case is civil type..... u have filed the family case against ur husband in civil case u have not take any decisions about ur relationship in civil case.... You should immediately inform your local advocate and request him to file appropriate application in this regard and tell adv to inform about this to Hon'ble Court. In any case, if you file any criminal case, then protection order can be sought from the court.
