Legal action against harassment by family members

M a 16 year old girl.... My mom harrases me every tym.. Every second.... I want to leave my home... But if i ran then she will say about a boy to the court that he has taken me... Since m not 18 he will be put to jail.... Nd i want to leave home... I cant w8 till 18...its even that they can kill me anytime... What i want is... If a leave a suicide note nd i disappear from my city... Then what will the court do... Will the court thik that m dead coz there was a suicide note left or the court will neglet the suicide note coz the body is not found..... I dont want to put any case on my mom.. Since i still consider her as a god gift.. I just want to leave my home.. Earn own nd live my life

my advise is you don't need a lawyer to consult, my advise have a very limited scope that if you facing any physical assault then you can call police. minors have very limited rights for the same please consult a counselor that would be a great help and kindly skip the idea of disappearing because police will find you anyway.

1. An application need to be submitted to CJM stating that no one including the said boy instigated you to leave the house
2 attempt to suicide is an offence and you can be punished for it so refrain from thinking of any such action
