Legal action against first wife who came back after 5 years for money

My husband got married before and i am his 2nd wife. But now I came to know about the 1st one when she came and demanded cash. We are leaving very happy life but now all went wrong. She have file case of property and gold which we don't have. What to do now after 5 years she have came back

Did he legally take divorce with the first wife. If he has legally taken divorce then there is no need for both of you to worry. Otherwise it's a problem. Your husband will need to sort it out and settle the issue asap.
