Lawyer cheated us taking money for Anticipatory bail

One lawyer has taken 120000 in cash for anticipatory bail, now still we are not getting bail, or our lawyer doesn't response us, we need her NOC to change the advocate but she is not giving this also. I would like to her do her complaint in bar council she harassed us for money. she does not attend our call while poolice call us for investigation.
Dear Queriest, if the bail is not granted then it's not the fault of the Advocate, but if he or she is really cheating on you the. you can definitely make a Complaint against him to the bar Council. If you are not getting the NOC then you can appoint some other lawyer by permission of the honorable court

for Aniticiptry bail rejected then you can approach to the high court for that purpose you don't need NOC from the advocate . you can go to the High Court anticipatory bail rejection order or FIR of the same crime register.
