Kindly clarify consequences of notry marriage,

Notry marriage whether its matter of 375(4)ipc,or it is void ab initio marriage, it is not legal marrige, can I do another marrige informing this issue to my husbnd in future,can any compensation be claimed if cohibitation made after notry marriage and then leaving one another after a month .
Notary marriage is not legal procedure of marriage according to Hindu law...if u have marriage certificate after notary marriage then marriage will be legal..if u want more information about it then u call or advice ..

Hi thanks for query if you are in Hindu religion than you have to take Satpathy and get marriage certificate from Nagar Nigam or Nagar Palika that will be More affecting for your future than you will be safe and secure Only on notary marriage not effective other person cheat you any time it is better to get all documentation from government department instead of notary marriage
