We are in relationships since 4 years we came out of home just I reached 21 can I marry but date of birth in 10th memo is 1996 can I get marry Legally

In accordance to Hindu marriage act section 5 c iii, the bridegroom has completed the age of twenty one years and the bride the age of eighteen years at the time of the marriage;
So the groom should have completed 21 years of age and the girl 18 years of age to get married.
