Under Indian adoption laws, can an adoption deed be registered at the place of the child’s birth instead of the address mentioned on the Aadhaar cards of the biological or adoptive mother(which is different than place of birth of child)?
any relevant laws, rules, judgments, and guidelines governing the jurisdiction of adoption deed registration
the process of registration of adoption deed will be the proper jurisdiction. the proper jurisdiction is the place which is adoptive father address. it doesnt matter the birth palace of child . the process is very simple
