i am married women with one child.my father was in police department.i have one brother he is government servent.can i avail my fathers job after his death ????
Yes but if son is there so he can get the job and if your brother saying that he is not interested in the job and give the affidavits so the job is is yours untill then that can not be said the job you will get

As per calcutta high court judgement married daughter can get dead parent's job.
as per judgement after marriage she remains daughter. she is daughter before, during and after marriage therefore she is eligible for parents job
