I want to know if wife can claim jeevanamsam if we both don't have child
Hello,
She can claim Jeevanamsam from her husband if the relationship is legally done. It doesn't matter whether do they have kid or not. Maintenance is the legal provision you may refer section 125 crpc

Wife can claim jeevanamsam, if both dont have a child. But the wife should not be a working women or her income must be very low compared with her husband. It would be better that you contact me and discuss with me in detail so that we can come to a proper conclusion as to the other options available to the wife.
