It's a family matter...where can I complain against him..suggest ...my son not live with me....my mom gv this house....police also not helping me...my son saying he will come with lawyer and police and put me to jail

That’s just baseless…he can’t just put you behind bars for anything that you have not committed. You need to write a complaint in writing and address it to the higher authorities of the police station of your area. And if you wish to go legal then file a petition under section 156(3). Hi, Going by the limited information provided by you, it is essential to send them a legal notice asking him to back of and surrender all the activities fone against you otherwise legal action will be initiated against them. The legal action may be criminal and civil depending upon what you want. Civil action : You can ask for stay from the Court. Criminal action will put the wrongdoer behind the bars We can discuss it over a call for a sane legal advise.
