If HMA don't allow us to marry with cross cousin then how did lord krishan was abel to marry with Bhadra

You can convert to Islam and ask your cousin to do that same and then you can marry your cousin. As per Hindu laws your marriage will be void as your relation falls under prohibited categories. So, convert your religion and then get married.
