For publishing a notice in newspapers to disown son n his wife directly notice is to be published or through a lawyer will notice be sent to them also
As such there is no need of lawyer for your stated facts, the lawyer is only needed to check the language . once a notice is published in newspaper in circulation in the area where you reside and also in area where your son and his wife resides, you can sent a copy of newspaper notice to your son and his wife via regd. post .
