Is the marriage of a 16 years old girl valid in the eyes of law?

I am love a girl since past 6 years and her parents marriage with her brother in law forced and blackmail if she not get married with her brother in law they commit suicide. She age is 16 years at the time of marriage so I'm helpless but last three years her mother in law and husband try to bad things in her life.she said to their parents but they don't understand because of statuts in society We are both want get Married how can I proceed legally pls give me advice This is final stage of our life pls help me.
A marriage may be solemnized between any two hindus, if the following conditions are fulfilled, namely:-
(3) the bridegroom has completed the age of 21 and the bride the age of 18 at the time of the marriage; (iv.) the parties are not within the degrees of prohibited relationship unless the custom or usage governing each of them permits of a marriage between the two, the marriage is viodable and at any time she can file the case in the court for dissolution of marriage,Though the legal age of consent for a woman to sexual relations is 16, she can marry only at 18. As a result, a man who marries a woman aged between 16 and 18 runs the risk of inviting the penal provisions of kidnap and rape.for further you can contact us at any time.

The marriage is void. It is not enforceable in the eye of law. I did not clarity on her age, whether she is 16 yrs of age at the time of marriage or current age. She is minor. Even you cannot marry a minor girl.
