Is marriage possible according to law if I don't want to abort ?

Sir, I was in relationship with a guy for 1 year and we had a sexual relationship we both wants to get married but his family is against to it. Now he is not too accepting this relationship. My family got to know about this and they filed FIR for cheating me but his family still not ready due to intercaste(Baniya and Rajput).for this they pay 8lakhs for us and said close this matter on 26 April 2018. Sir,I am pregnant of 1 month .Before this decision of his family to get separate I don't know about my pregnancy what should I do?
As you are taking back your legal case and you are ready to separate from him and you have sought out all your problem with him its will be good if you consulat any ginyo so they she can help you to abort.
