Is leaving your parents after 18 is legal?

Actually what happened I was living with my girlfriend of 21 year old and my parents suddenly come to my flat and catch some liquor bottles and cigrette from the past night. Actually we both were not involved in that party . After that my parents brought me at home which is in small town. And my admission was cut by college because my father had not payed the fees because of that incident. But now I want to go that city for a job and get admission in another college because I want my mental peace and admission in big city. But my parents are not allowing. I want to be financially independent but my parents are not allowing me to go bhopal. Is it ok to leave house by getting switched off my phone and get a full time job?
