Is it mandatory for legal heirs to give NOC for probation of will

19-Oct-2023 (In Family Law)
Is it mandatory for the legal heirs to give no objection for probation of a will? If so then what is the utility of a wil? The persons deprived might not give NOC.

Sir, perused your query in details. If you feel that there are such persons who would object to probate proceedings, we have way to avert the same by way of newspaper publication. It is not necessary that everyone will give consent. We can take out probate without consent also. Please contact for more details.
