Is Arya samaaj mandir marriage legal or not?

Hello, mujhe ye jankari chahiye thi ki Arya samaaj mandir me marriage legal hai ya nhi.. because before 2 months ek news paper me aaya than it's illegal

Every marriage is legal until dispute arise between partners. Arya Samaj marriage is valid but if dispute arise. you have to be ready with respective evidence related to your marriage I.e. photos etc. To prove that you are married.

It is to be made clear that, the marriage ceremony through aarya samaj mandir is legal once a proper certificate of marriage is issued after depositing some amount by way of fees. You can approach the nearest one and get confirm too.

Arya samaj marriage is valid. There is an act named Arya Marriage Validation Act, 1937 through which it is made legal. The news you are talking about is certain directions issued by the single bench of MP High court (Gwalior Bench) about the issuing notice to parents etc., but these directions was overruled by the double bench of the same High Court in June 2017. So if you read any other contrary news than please try to mention the exact date of the news and the name of newspaper.
