invalid of a court marriage registration

my gf made a mandir marriage certificate of 19 June 2022. and i registered it on 01 july 22 in meerut court. i signed the same mandir certificate on 01 july 22. but on 19 June i was on duty in shilong and my gf was at her hometown. now can I declare that marriage registration invalid by showing my loc and prade state of Indian army. bcz she filed for Maintenance. evn she is msc pg from CS branch and we stayed only 2 days together after marriage in haridwar and Rishikesh. plz clear

First of all rather than going legally you should serve your partner a legal notice as to why he/she is doing all these and try to figure out what's going on in his/her mind regarding you. After that if he/she fails to give you satisfactory reply then you can anytime send a complaint regarding your grievances in writing to the police station of your area. But if you are willing to stay with him/her then you should file a petition under section 9 HMA for calling back your partner in your matrimonial life.
