Inquiry regarding submission of Ex Parte Petition

24-Apr-2023 (In Family Law)
If the lawyer is appointed in the case; in that case, be it a case of any class, will the lawyer have to take the signatures of the parties i.e. the petitioners, in the Ex parte petition, to submit the Ex parte petition in the court?
