Inquiry about my filed (RCR) case and child visitation arrangements.

23-Nov-2024 (In Family Law)
I filed my case three years ago in Chennai, but the hearings are still ongoing. I have two petitions in the case, and my wife neither attends the hearings nor argues for the petitions, effectively delaying the proceedings. The case is further prolonged due to court leaves and occasional boycotts. I have to travel to Chennai for each hearing and return, adding to the inconvenience.I feel really depressed about life. This is never ending. She's said not interested in counselling when will this END.

it is to be disposed within SIX MONTHS if not disposed approach High Court Section 21B of HMA Act   The trial of a petition under this Act shall, so far as is practicable consistently with the interests of justice in respect of the trial, be continued from day to day until its conclusion unless the court finds the adjournment of the trial beyond the following day to be necessary for reasons to be recorded.
