Inheriting Property from my parents

We live in Coimbatore, Myself, my wife and two sons, my sister married and has a daughter, my mother. We have a house in my fathers name, what should we do if the property has to come to me directly after my parents without any legal issues with my sister.
After the death of your father without leaving any Will, his estate shall devolve upon all his Class - I legal heirs, including your mother, your sister and yourself, equally. Which means all the three of you shall be entitled to 1/3rd share each. Your mother and sister may forgo their respective shares in your favour by duly executing and registering a deed of relinquishment in your favour. Only then will you be exclusively entitled to the entire estate of your father.
