It all depends on the ownership of the property. There is limitations on every action.in case the person himself is not the owner he has no right to sell the same.if you are in possession of land for the last more than seventy years every person on earth has lost their rights

Dear questioner, kindly confirm the status or relation of him with your family first. Don't worry if you have all the registered documents with you. The most important thing is who is in the possession of property? And there must be some revenue records of the property, if you are sure about these things in your favour, then why worry? And even if not then contact me personally. We have all the possible ways!
