My only son has a minor daughter by his first marriage(his divorced wife remarried) and two daughters by his second marriage, all alive. Is my grand daugter by my son's first marriage eligible for any share of my property?

Dear client,
1. Your self acquired property can by given to anyone as per your wish only, nobody can question you.
2. Even you can fully give the share to your grand daughter orelse you can divide the share also.

Hello madam,
As you said the property is your self acquired one it is up to you to make the appropriate arrangement by Will or settlement or anything of your choice. If you wanted to make some arrangement for your first grand daughter then go ahead.
