Indian Muslim man & Bangladeshi Muslim girl marriage

Dear Ma'am / Sir,
Could you please confirm if an Indian Muslim man can marry a Bangladeshi Muslim girl if she visit India on any visa other than tourist visa. Due to covid-19 the Indian government has stopped tourist visa. So what is the alternative way. Can any other visas will do.
Please help me with you valuable knowledge.

Yes their is no issue in marriage can take be done under special marriage act since the boy is of India and girl is of Bangladesh so the marriage can be done in India as boy is the citizen of india but your address proof is required for marriage
